Since our projects are customized to your unique profit issues, there is no standard "project," but typically our corporate strategy, profit enhancement and executive coaching projects last a minimum of 3 months up to 1 year. Typically it takes 90 days to ensure a solution has become part of the organization. More complex strategic changes can take up to 1 year to ensure a complete transition.

Now 3 to 12 month projects do not mean that our consultants were camped out in your offices billing you for their time. No-this is just the elapsed time during which your solution is designed, implemented and adjusted for unknown events. Our consultants will only be in your office (and billing you) on an as needed basis. They will not become your long-term, full time employees at higher billing rates.

Problem-Solving Methodology: We utilize a standard 5-step problem solving process. For any step in the process, we can take one of 2 approaches:

• Start from the beginning
• Review data currently collected to validate and/or add to findings

We don't believe in re-doing the work you've already done. Of course, it is important we become acquainted with your data and providing objective feedback and recommendations are always part of the project. To ensure the success of any profit enhancement project, it's important for everyone to agree on what the problem is, what the solution is and how to get there.

The standard 5-step profit improvement process:

Step 1: Assess the current profit picture
Step 2: Determine what the solution is
Step 3: Create a workable plan
Step 4: Implement the necessary changes
Step 5: Measure results, identify the barriers to success and fix them
